What does IRLHUD cost?

The overlay and dashboard are free (date/time, location, weather). Premium — live GPS, heart rate, stream goals, chat commands and games — is $9.99/month, billed via Stripe. No setup fees, cancel anytime.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Go to your admin dashboard's Account page and manage your subscription from there. Cancelling stops future billing — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do tips work?

Tips sent to a creator are processed directly by that creator's own connected Stripe account. The platform isn't a party to that payment and doesn't hold or control the funds. Tips are generally non-refundable except where required by law — see our Terms of Service for details.

My overlay isn't showing up in OBS.

Double-check the browser source URL matches the one from your admin dashboard's Overlay page, and that the browser source's width/height match your canvas resolution. If it still doesn't load, try refreshing the browser source cache (right-click it in OBS → Refresh cache of current page).

Chat commands or games aren't responding.

Confirm your Kick/Twitch account is still linked from the admin dashboard's Integrations page — chat features stop working if that connection expires or is revoked. Reconnecting from there resolves most cases.

How do I delete my account and data?

From your admin dashboard's Account page, you can permanently delete your account at any time. This cancels any active subscription and removes your creator data, aside from records we're required to retain for legal or tax purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

I want to report abuse or a violation.

Email us at support@irlhud.com with as much detail as you can (creator/viewer involved, platform, timestamps, screenshots) and we'll look into it.
